Outstanding lead sources - working with over 100 corporations ranging from law to marketing firms, tech companies to investment banking. Our client, a forward thinking, wellbeing focused, London based firm who advise a diverse range of consumers. This role is not just personal property focused. Yes, they do work with clients for first properties, re mortgages and moving home, but also offer investment property financing, bridging & development loans, commercial finance, BTL, secured lending and second charge mortgages. So, what do they require from you? Full CeMap or equivalent is a must and this job would suit someone with at least one year 'Whole of Market' mortgage advice experience. Show you are a self-driven, team player who can holistically be part of the business' development and strive towards targets. A proved track record of mortgage sales is essential. You would have access to a dedicated mortgage administration team and a personal online booking and information platform. Monday to Friday working hours.
