Overview

Manpower UK are currently recruiting on behalf of our Financial Client located in Glasgow for a Business Change Analyst. The role of Business Change Analyst is to ensure effective management of all business change requests from the point of initiation through implementation to post implementation review. Change prioritising, assessing, planning, scheduling, resourcing and testing may be required to ensure maximum benefit with minimal disruption to business operations. Client changes, Client Implementation, Efficiency, Operational, Product Development, Regulatory, Strategic and Technical Projects may be included in changes received. Candidates would have ideally worked within a Contact Centre environment within a Financial or Collections company. Key Duties: Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across business areas Build and maintain a client relationship in regards to change management Undertake full end to end impact analysis of the operational changes required across customer, people, process (including process re-engineering), organisation, technology and financial assessments working within pre-determined costs based on original business cases Communicate with Stakeholders and Senior Management to keep them up to date with progress, issues and developments in change initiatives, providing appropriate briefing to enable them to make informed decisions about the approach and direction of change projects Assist with development of Requirement & Functional Specifications, ensuring correct business Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and stakeholders are consulted Provide accurate Change status reporting including issue management, progress on actions, dependency management, chairing/attending Governance meetings and when required, escalation to senior stakeholders as appropriate Maintain all documentation including RAID logs, process maps, change governance and SOW (standards of work) Manage implementation, including creation and delivery of new business process, procedures, organisational changes, communications and training Ensure changes move seamlessly from project mode to business as normal activities passing ownership to operational teams Ensure effective post implementation reviews are carried out to validate both change and benefits Act as subject matter expert for project team members and perform varying levels of analysis when required in relation to change management Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the delivery of right customer outcomes Review and completion of ad hoc requests and administrative tasks as required Knowledge / Skills / Experience: Exceptional organisational, project management, business analysis, time management and prioritisation skills Excellent communication skills with the gravitas and ability to work with all levels of an organisation (administrator to director) tailoring communications as required Negotiation & Influencing experience Strong customer focus with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements Experienced in contact centre environments with a strong understanding of business analysis, outsourcing or financial services Advanced skills in Microsoft products including use of Powerpoint and Excel Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with a high standard of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Should you be looking for a new opportunity, please forward your CV in the first instance.
