Overview
Are you a technical operator / technician / machine operator in the food manufacturing industry? Are you looking for a new role in an amazing business? If the answer is yes then please keep reading We are working with a global name in the food manufacturing industry who make some of the most popular products on the market. The technical operator / technician / machine operator will be responsible for a particular part of the factory. You will be working in the optical sorting area and machines in that area. Responsibilities include: • Propose and lead Ci projects related to optical sorting and line efficiencies • To be able to interrogate the SCADA system • Present an accurate assessment of the issues to the shift manager, and any on shift colleagues who require that information • Accompanying contractors. To give assistance to external employees who are deployed from an outside company. • To carry out daily PPM inspection rounds, assessing the state of equipment on the basis of check lists and own insight, noting findings and discussing measures to taken with the Shift Manager or Maintenance Manager • To carry out corrective maintenance and cleaning work on a timely basis. • Fault finding and RCA. • Register all activities taken in the automated maintenance system (SAP) This role really is an excellent opportunity for a technical operator / machine operator / technician to join a hugely successful business.
