Overview
Team Leader, Children's Mental Health Service - Farnworth, Bolton Area - up to £10p/h My client is a specialist in children's care and offer therapeutic support to Children and Young People with Complex Needs and Mental Health. They have 5 homes at the moment, and offer specialist services in each of the homes, tailored to the young people. They pride themselves on creating a homely environment for their residents. Since opening they have been rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' in Ofsted Inspections. This is a 4 Bed Service in the Farnworth Area, for Children and Young people with Mental Health and Self Harm tendencies. They offer a therapeutic care package for all residents, and you will be supported by a psychologist on site at all times. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join the friendly and welcoming team. You will work alongside the other team leaders to help with the day to day running of the service and will deal with rotas and staff management. You will assist when the management of the home in the Managers absence. You will also provide high standard of care for the Children and Young People at all times and will ensure the staff team are doing the same. You will help to empower the residents at the service to lead a full and independent life. You will be required to work days and do sleep ins where needed, these can be as early as 7:30am and as late as 10:30pm.
