Overview
We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join an award-winning Brokers based in Bolton, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career with a company that are going through massive company growth and will fund your RO5 qualification. On offer is a competitive basic salary - £30,000 - £35,000 plus OTE £50,000, excellent benefits plus much more. You will be joining a market leading organisation who have been established for over 10 years. This is a new department within the business that has been established for over 12 months, you will be able to put your own stamp on the role by introducing new processes and ideas. Duties for the Sales Team Leader: Running the day to day of the sales team through people management Continuous coaching and feedback to drive performance Driving the teams KPIs by ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets are met Accountability for team performance, including coaching & development of team members individual performances Drive performance improvements Conducting 121s with staff on a monthly basis and performance management Providing day to day assistance and support to the sales team and accountability for team KPIs Providing weekly and monthly KPI updates.
