Job: Team leader (Childrens Home-Mental Health Service ) Location: Bolton salary:£23500 upto £24544 overtime A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading care provider for children in Greater Manchester . Here at Prospero health & Social Care we are searching for a candidates that have experience of leading a small team of support workers in a busy children's home. The home is in the Bolton area and provides high quality care for 3 children with children with mental health issues that are mainly CAMHS refferalls and the young people can dispaly a level of challenging behaviour and self harm. The ideal candidate will have a robust but caring attitude and experience of leading a small team of support workers in a children's home . Candidates must have a level 3 diploma Children & Young people and be willing to registers to complete the level 5 as all team leaders must make themselves availble to do the level 5 and be able to drive. The team Leader will be expected to work on shift pattern across earlies /lates and sleep shifts with a sleep rate £30 per sleep on top of your hourly rate. There is always overtime across the networkl of homes the role has a realistic OTE of upto 27K
