Overview
Slater and Gordon are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Operations Team based in our Bolton office. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Advisors to efficiently and accurately manage our customer’s medical instructions, ensuring processes and service level agreement are adhered to. Responsibilities to include; Responsible for managing and leading a team of Advisors Effectively leading OCH/SOCH to manage cases through the ePIsource workflow; incoming calls; email communications; outbound calls; physical post; electronic filing and Excel spreadsheets through day to day coaching & support Ensuring all cases are fully reviewed with the highest level of quality and the respective monthly Ensuring all workflows undertaken are completed efficiently To be fully aware of all operational Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with our customers and to ensure all these are maintained at all times. Delivering a world class customer service by providing support to internal and external customers Managing and monitoring Telephone Service Levels Conducting regular (weekly, monthly and annually as agreed) 121 and performance reviews What we are looking for The idea candidate will have some previous knowledge and understanding medical instructions Understanding of contact centre systems and processes Clear, concise and confident communication style Strong leadership skills as you will be motivating a team to achieve business objectives Ability to present at all levels; verbally, in writing and in presentations Excellent time management and organisational skills What we offer in return: In return we offer a competitive salary with market leading benefits, a positive and inviting work environment, exposure to industry specialists and the fantastic opportunity.
