The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a NQE to 2 year PQE to be a Solicitor working as part of a wider Court of Protection. Duties will include: • Maintaining a caseload and overseeing the file management of complex cases in the Court of Protection space. • Ability to generate their own cases • Meeting financial targets • Engaging actively in business development • Supervising other fee-earners • Complying with National Practice Standards About you: • knowledge, or interest, and experience within the area of WTLaw (NQ to 2 years PQE) • Previous, proven supervisory experience • The ability to successfully manage an individual billing target • Experience of working to and achieving key performance indicators • A willingness to engage actively in business development to generate cases What we offer in return: In return we offer a competitive salary with market leading benefits, a positive and inviting work environment, exposure to industry specialists and the fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award winning law firm.
