Overview
Hours to be negotiated - Full or part time available, with core morning hours Riverbank IT Management is a well-established IT services company, providing an outstanding service to a growing number of clients throughout the UK. Job Objective To be responsible for effectively and efficiently handling service requests. Prime Responsibilities The prime responsibilities of this role will be to: Log all client technical issues, leading to resolving the issues promptly and effectively ensuring a high first time fix rate Ensure configurations, contact information and assets are kept up to date in real time Prioritise and manage multiple tickets at any one time based on priority/SLA Communicate with clients on a regular basis during the lifecycle of the ticket/task: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, and confirming when an incident is resolved Ensure excellent customer service, perception and satisfaction Ensure a good working relationship and rapport with other staff members Key Skills Be polite and patient with clients at all times Have outstanding verbal, written and telephone skills Always maintain a professional demeanour and handle changing work pressures Ability to work responsibly without direct supervision Strong attention to detail for technical call logging
