Excellent Chef de Partie Opportunity in Luxury Property A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Royston for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of their luxury property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will work 5 days from 7 and prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service. The Role Working in the AA rosette level kitchen preparing fresh, seasonal food Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef The Person You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard Highly motivated and focused.
