Overview

One of my best clients are looking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie or a Chef looking to step up and become a Junior Sous. This would be an opportunity to join an award winning kitchen and a well established team. The venue is a Luxury Hotel based in the heart of the Lake District that offers fine dining with Rosette standard food. The Head chef is looking to hire a chef that is skilled in the kitchen and has experience working across multiple stations and who is happy to work autonomously. The client is happy to offer up to £25,000 and live in if needed for the right candidate. They are keen to arrange initial interviews and trials as soon as possible.
