Qualified Psychologist - Specialist Schools - ASD/SEMH Cumbria/Lancaster £45,000 - £58,000 per annum Remit Compass Associates are excited to be working with a leading provider of specialist children's homes and schools to headhunt for a Clinical, Educational or Forensic Psychologist. This is a full-time permanent role however term time only hours would be considered. You would divide your working week between two specialist schools near Kirkby Lonsdale which provide residential and education services for children aged 7 - 19 with Autism, Asperger's, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and SEMH needs. The role involves carrying out assessments, formulating intervention plans, delivering specialist interventions, delivering staff training, supervising an Assistant Psychologist and liaising closely with families, social services and external agencies. As you will be the sole Qualified Psychologist covering these two schools, you must have relevant experience working with this client group. You'd work closely with an Assistant Psychologist as well as the onsite team which includes Psychiatrists, SALTs, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Key Workers and teaching staff.
