Qualified Social worker - Safeguarding- up to £39,774 pa DOE The clients that I am currently working with are very well known within safeguarding in London therefore making this opportunity a once in a life time role that will provide career progression through the support of experienced care workers and managers, the experience you will gain and a very nurturing and positive working environment. In order to be eligible for this role: * Social Care England registered * 3+ years Safeguarding/ court work experience This well paying role will develop skills relating to duty and assessment in a very efficient way therefore: * Your caseload will be manageable with you only working between to allow you to specifically focus on each case individual to get the best outcome for the child. * You Will be working with a long term team, thus allowing you to only focus on assessments and the initial stage of care proceedings * Your contract will be permanent allowing more stability with the income you will receive. * There will always be an experienced permanent manager in place thus allowing you to have the support and guidance needed from an individual who know the team inside and out as well as constantly increase your skill set.
