Registered Nurse - Prison Service Norfolk £26,000 - £31,000 NHS Pension 25 days Annual Leave BH Childcare Vouchers £1000 Golden Hello Part time / Full time - 37.5 hours Remit Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare provider within the picturesque region of Norfolk. My client is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its nursing team based in a Prison, maintaining a high level of care to is patients within the service. The Candidate The successful candidate must be RGN qualified and registered with the NMC. Your background will be in either an Acute, Community or Primary Care. Ideally you will have 1 years' experience post qualification however, this is not essential. Experience with QOF and Long-term conditions is desirable, but not essential. Experience of Custodial care would be advantageous, but not essential. Having a desire to implement an outstanding customer experience is Vital. You will be working with the Nursing team completing patient assessment within the Healthcare Wing of the Prison. You will always be accompanied by a Prison Officer, as patient and staff safety is paramount. The successful candidate will complete health screening and monitoring which includes maintaining LTC disease and Chronic disease registers, will also undertake the relevant nursing procedures where required. My client is looking for full time nurses but would consider applicants wanting to work part time. The shift pattern is 7am - 7pm, supporting the service with healthcare 24 hours a day. During you shift, 7- 8 hours will be working clinics. The remaining will be a mix of admin and on call duties. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop your personal and teams development which would be fully supported by my client.
