Staff Nurse - Spinal and Orthopaedics £30,000 - £36,000 Private Medical Insurance, Pension, Season Ticket Loan Full Time Central London Remit Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working exclusively with a Private Hospital located in the heart of Central London, who specialise in Spinal and Orthopaedic surgeries. Originating in Germany, this company is renowned for providing wold-class medical excellence through their specialised care, standardised patient pathways and a data driven approach to quality and patient outcomes. At present, we are currently looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their Inpatient Ward. The Candidate We are looking for a dynamic and professional individual, with a positive and flexible outlook to be a part of a forward thinking and innovative organisation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months post registration experience within a Surgical Ward environment. Experience with Spinal and/or Orthopaedics will be advantageous. Our client prides themselves on their outstanding quality of nursing care with 98% rating from their patients, so we are looking for likeminded individuals who will promote high standards. In order to be successful with this opportunity, you must be a Registered General Nurse with a clear NMC Pin and DBS. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours. This role will require a level of flexibility as you will be working a rotation of shifts from Monday - Sunday in either long days, earlies, lates and night shifts. Our client can offer some flexibility regarding shift patterns, which will be discussed at interview stage.
