Overview
I am currently recruiting for an Applications Support Officer to work with a Local London Authority on a contract basis. The client is looking for someone with Liquidlogic LCS and/or LCS experience, who has worked within an application team. They will be responsible for: - Providing 1st/ 2nd helpdesk support - Answering/logging/fixing/escalating calls - System administration (account set up/password resets/testing/rollbacks) - System recovery and performance - Training material creation If you are interested in this role, please don't hesitate to apply
