Accounts Payable Job - TV Production Company Immediate Start Temporary to Permanent Opportunity London TV Production Company We are currently working with a well-known production company who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant for a temporary to permanent position. Your responsibility will be around Accounts Payable and supporting the team during the summer on a specific production. This will be a temporary assignment with the opportunity to be continuously extended. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years accounts payable experience and worked in the TV industry, along with floats/credit cards experience. Roles/Responsibilities: High volume invoice processing Coding, matching and distributing invoices for authorisation Expense booking Reconciling statements General accounts administration and supporting the finance function Personal Specification Essential: Account Payable Experience (minimum of 2 years) Experience working in TV Production Purchase Ledger experience Experience with Floats/Credit Cards/Petty Cash
