Overview
Our client, a niche automotive parts supplier who are part of a global automotive leader, is looking for an Customer Service Advisor to join their very successful, close knit team. The role: You will bethe first pint of contact for resolving inbound telephone and email enquiries. You will be advising the customers of progress to orders and deliveries. Processing orders and advising customers of delivery times after consultation with external carrier partners and customs. Record complaints and resolve accordingly. Update and maintain customer records. The Person You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and going out of your way to ensure the customer has a great exerience when dealing with the company. You will have the confidence to build rapport with customers from a global base. You will be professional and articulate in your approach. Dealing with customers in the past will have given you the experience to deal with all situations in a calm, considerate and patient manner.
