Payroll Officer needed for a leading global legal firm in London. Temporary role until the summer. circa £30k Your new company For this job role you will be joining a global legal firm based in central London. A highly established company operating in nearly 50 locations and boasting a diverse and specialist workforce which has promoted a high achieving and collaborative culture. The business has received numerous awards and recognition for it's success. Your new role Reporting in to the Payroll Manager you will be working as the Payroll Officer. Duties will include: Assisting with all elements of the monthly payroll administration Payroll journals and accounts reconciliations HMRC returns Expat and inpat payroll Dealing with employee queries Assisting with benefits such as processing the season ticket loan payments Auto-enrolment pensions Payroll input including joiners, leavers, permanent and variable changes BACS payments payroll input including joiners, leavers, permanent and variable changes What you'll need to succeed You should be passionate about payroll and have at least 1 year experience in a similar role. You should have an eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally you will be studying toward the CIPP and it's essential you are immediately available or on short notice to start this temporary role.
