CONCEPT ENGINEER LONDON BASED £56K - £71K This world leader of engineering solutions to commercial and engineering projects now has a exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to join is award winning concept and design engineering team. Reporting to the Concept development manager and based from its prestigious London offices, we are looking for a qualified Chartered Engineer to work as part of a cross functional team to take an opportunity through a sales process covering all engineering facilities (mechanical, electrical, heat, Networks, controls and instrumentation. The ideal candidate will be a technical specialist who proactively can assess the market for opportunities to improve engineering activity and seek to incorporate technologies and concepts within the company solutions. The senior engineer must be able to evaluate and develop concepts using the appropriate design software, produce initial concept drawings, prepare documentation for planning, support the sales team, work in conjunction with tenders, project management solutions, provide capex breakdowns, provide support to suppliers and technical schedules for clients. Other duties will include project designs, continuous work with sales engineers, evaluation and analysis, estimators and operational delivery and other departments involved with design and concept. The Engineer will be degree qualified in an appropriate engineering field, having experience and proven ability working on a variety of energy or M&E schemes, working knowledge of advanced pc software tools (such as MS project software and autocad.) an in depth knowledge of current legislations with regards to building regs and Health and safety, construction and services installation This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a world leading organization who offer a great salary and brilliant company benefits.
