Sous Chef - SE Asian Small Plates Concept - London 35k Salary up to £35,000 all in Our client is small on trend premium casual dining restaurant that takes influences from South East Asia and with a regular changing menu based on small plates and daily specials Sous chef: Based in Central London You will be working in a small team of 4-5 chefs overseeing a section/pass Stable background with experience in SE Asian cuisine Organised and fast worker 7 shifts per week (2 splits and 3 straights) Early- 9am- 5pm Late- 1.30pm-11pm-12am Split 9am-3pm-5pm-close A 33-cover restaurant serving up to 70 covers for dinner Small plate concept 6-7 dishes per person Daily specials Current London work experience Current Junior Sous chef looking to step up will be considered COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
