Chef De Partie - SE Asian Small Plates Concept - London 28k Salary of £27-28,000 plus service charge of 1-2k per annum Our client is small on trend premium casual dining restaurant that takes influences from South East Asia and with a regular changing menu based on small plates and daily specials Chef De Partie: Based in Central London You will be working in a small team of 4-5 chefs overseeing the cold section including tempura Stable background with some experience in SE Asian cuisine Organised and fast worker 7 shifts per week (2 splits and 3 straights) Early- 9am- 5pm Late- 1.30pm-11pm-12am Split 9am-3pm-5pm-close A 33-cover restaurant serving up to 70 covers for dinner Small plate concept 6-7 dishes per person Daily specials Current London work experience COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
