Overview
Our client based in the Billingshurst is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team where you will have the opportunity to deal with private clients, quoting for new business and mid-term policy adjustments. Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring all administration tasks are carried out to a good standard and recorded on our systems Producing insurance quotations for clients and following processes in order to collect client information and premiums and ensure that that correct documentation is provided to the client within established timeframes Ensuring renewal processes and re-broking of all insurance products is carried out to ensure regulatory compliance, client retention and positive customer experience Dealing with customer queries, including underwriting queries, claims support, including offering advice to clients and liaising with the insurers when necessary On-going liaison with insurers to maintain excellent relationships with insurance providers Assisting the Directors and all other staff with general queries and contribution to companywide activities such as marketing, system and process development, training and operations administration The perfect candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience: - Previous administration or office based customer service experience Good working knowledge of MS Office Excellent organisational skills A positive, confident communicator First Recruitment Services are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
