Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Manager for a medium sized nursing home in Exmouth. The nursing home offers residential and nursing care to the elderly and nursing care to service users with dementia. The successful deputy manager nurse will be joining a medium sized private company who pride themselves on the excellent reputation of their homes which has been built over the last 20 years. The Deputy Manager will work full time and will be responsible for the care delivery in the home. Reporting to the home manager, you will work closely with the care team ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered at all times. You will be responsible for the clinical compliance of the home as well as the overall performance management of the team members. The successful deputy manager should have completed the nursing qualification in either general nursing RGN or mental health nursing RMN.
