If you answered YES , then we would love to hear from you The Role Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Type: Permanent Location: Swindon Annual Salary: £17,500 pro rata Hours: Part-Time - Variable Shifts between 8am-9pm- Monday to Sunday - 16 hours per week You will be working as a customer service advisor for our brilliant new client a market leading entertainment business , so this really is an exciting time to get on board In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers via, chat, email, Facebook messenger and telephone - ensuring our client’s customers have the best experience possible You will be dealing with questions, queries and sales, as well as upselling premium options and the latest deals the client has to offer Our solution will deliver a truly omni-channel experience for customers and colleagues alike. Complementing voice calls with email and into chat, social and private messaging - all supported by our innovative tPoint technology solution. We are going to make every moment magic for our client’s customers - and for our colleagues that service them About You We are looking for someone who loves great customer service as much as they love the entertainment industry and who wants to make the customers’ experience as incredible as it possibly can be Keeping an eye on what’s new in the entertainment world and being social media savvy is key. You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of service and the ability to go above and beyond for our customers. You will need exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure we fix our customers problems at first contact with minimal escalation You will be a confident individual, with the drive and enthusiasm to ensure daily targets and SLA’s are met You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
