Overview

HR Business Partner We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional, preferably with experience in retail, hospitality or leisure / service sectors to join a market-leading brand at the top of their game. This is a fast-growing business that has maintained a friendly, people-focused culture. This is a field-based role with regular travel (several times per week) to the London Head Office required. (You need to be ideally located between Birmingham and London and be prepared to travel Nationally). You will partner closely with the senior leadership team to drive the HR strategy. You will have a pragmatic and professional approach to your work, providing support to our peers on employee relations issues. This business is looking for a truly commercial HR professional and is seeking an ambitious individual that wants to grow as the business does. About you: You will be a passionate and committed HR professional with strong intellectual curiosity, a confident communicator who can make an impact. You will have the ability to build strong relationships and make sound commercial decisions. You must have experience of managing diverse and complex ER cases as well as fantastic generalist HR experience. You will also have worked previously in largely a Retail or Hospitality business that has a corporate feel. The HR Business Partner will take responsibility for optimising the operational performance delivered by our people as well as minimising risk or cost (actual or notional) to the business. This will be achieved through the following key areas: Work closely with senior leaders, striking the right balance between challenge and support to develop and embed a range of people focused initiatives Provide support with organisational and/or cultural change Manage a range of complex employee relations cases Lead on various HR projects, both planned and ad hoc Support the Head of HR with change initiatives Influence the HR strategy and implement objectives Lead on communication and engagement initiatives Effectively use data to inform decisions which improve business performance Experience: Strong generalist HR experience with excellent commercial awareness Change management and acquisition management Leading and coordinating projects involving a number of stakeholders Has partnered with senior leaders You will be a real self-starter and have a naturally gregarious personality as culture fit is key to the successful applicant Excellent communication and influencing skills CIPD qualification is preferable but not essential S alary Up to £55,000 Bonus Car / Allowance Benefits
