Overview
Interim Management Accountant - £220 a day - Umbrella Fantastic opportunity for a part qualified individual to join our client, a not for profit service provider based in Nottingham as a project Management Accountant. The successful candidate will require a broad-based management accounting knowledge to analyse information and have a commercial view of financial performance across the whole organisation. As the Management accountant you will hold responsibility for the accounting of a £2 million project budget. Core tasks: Collation of the financial data from a number of sites and service providers including all expenses and salary information correct audit trail Monthly Quarterly management accounts reporting analysis and interpretation of variances Presentation of financial information to board members on a monthly basis Quarterly budget reforecast based on under or overspend Liaising with a number of others sites/partner providers to resolving queries and ensuring integrity of the data/presenting of the data to board members quarterly. A candidate with relevant charitable, or not for profit sector experience is ideally suited to this role as well as the following experience: Preparing financial budgets and forecasts Analysing variances, interpreting and commenting on financial performance Working with non-financial managers Auditing financial data and a background in Auditing Please get in touch to discuss the role in more detail if you think you have the relevant skills and qualifications.
