You must have a high level of personal drive and commitment to excellent customer care, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems and meet targets. You will have a lead role in providing excellent customer service, managing Land Drainage budgets, investigating drainage and flooding problems, undertaking land drainage consents and inspecting and gathering information on critical assets. This will involve managing and developing a work programmes, coordination, imputing and reporting on data sets to assist in the development of flood mitigation schemes and community resilience. You will assist in managing flood risk management studies with multiple partners. You should be able to work on own initiative, to meet objectives with a willingness to broaden own knowledge, skills and experience.
