Grade: HPL1, £43.02 per direct teaching hour. This includes the following elements: teaching, preparation and marking of the scheduled programme of work (Flat rate of £17.21 will be paid for completing one of the above elements of the schedule.) Hours of work may vary City site The Property Management and Development subject area of this large multi-disciplinary school offers professionally accredited Real Estate and Building Surveying programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. We are particularly keen to receive applications from candidates that have expertise in subjects such as Real Estate, Economics, Law, Property Valuation, Property Development etc. We are seeking to recruit lecturers who are available to work during the academic year and will be paid on an hourly basis. You will work under the direction of Course Leaders and the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes Manager in delivering high quality teaching and learning to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. Duties will include preparation, delivery, and marking where required. You will be expected to deliver lectures and facilitate seminars or other learning activities. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate ideas of a complex or technical nature to students effectively using a variety of teaching methods, have detailed knowledge of the particular subject area through significant teaching, and/or industry experience.
