Key Responsibilities: To obtain, record and maintain up to date information as required for all data relevant to human resources. To attend and minute sensitive HR meetings accurately recording all aspects of discussion to produce appropriate notes within requested time frames. Provide support relating to salary reviews specifically, assisting with the preparation of letters and relevant correspondence. Maintain information management systems to efficiently organise programmes and initiatives relating to learning and development recording all activities Provide administrative support to the Head of HR & Corporate Services in the preparation of meetings including preparation, updating the corporate calendar of events, meeting agendas and documents, taking minutes, creating action logs, distributing and managing resulting follow up to ensure an efficient response in all areas of activity. Provide an excellent customer contact service in particular with residents, ensuring at all times information is accurate Managing systems to ensure purchased goods and periodic services are conducted to timetable If this role is for you, please don’t hesitate to apply.
