Overview

We are seeking a positive minded individual to promote their image to a high standard and in an efficient, customer-focused manner. What will you be doing as a Traffic Management - Permission Clerk You will be responsible for receiving site surveys and logging key information onto a database. You will be able to interpret key information and use that to contact local authority councils, customers and traffic depots. You will maintain accurate records on the database following the correct process and maintain regular contact with both customers and traffic depots by email and phone. You will gain a thorough understanding of work practices. You will take full control and responsibility for ensuring that permissions are granted in accordance with the Customer need and deadlines are met The skills and experience you will have: Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills, both verbal and written Willingness to learn Traffic Management regulation Efficient IT skills Driving licence with own transport Hours and days of work: Monday – Friday 8.00 – 17.00 In return, Traffic Management – Permission Clerk will be rewarded with: Ongoing work Working for a well a well-established organisation If you feel this position is for you, please call Donna on today for more details or alternatively please submit your CV
