Overview
Our client, a top-tier advisory firm, are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive. This role represents a rare opportunity for an Audit Senior to transition into Corporate Finance or a Corporate Finance Executive to work on more substantial deals within a larger firm. The role. As a key member of the Corporate Finance team you will have full responsibility for the part you play in executing deals, as you will work on the full deal life-cycle, from pitch to completion. This is a client-facing role and you will have exposure to a variety of clients across a range of sectors. The person. The successful Corporate Finance Executive will need to be either ACA, or equivalent, ICAS, CA (or CIPFA) qualified, newly qualified, or with a number of years post-qualified experience gained within a professional services environment. You should be dynamic, able to evidence experience of leading client engagements, an ability to influence and persuade a range of clients, and able to deliver results whilst focusing on quality and integrity.
