Overview
A Legal 500 firm with 3 sites across the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia is seeking a senior corporate commercial solicitor for the well-established Cambridge office. The ideal senior corporate commercial solicitor will have at least 8 years' experience that should include the full range of commercial contracts and agreements, M&A, MBO/MBI and finance matters. You will act for clients across the professional services and the transport and public service sectors in both the local market and nationally. The firm is expanding to meet client demand and this role will see you involved in managing existing key clients and developing new business leads.
