Overview

Pertemps are currently working with a growing company based in East Kilbride who are looking to add to their Operations Team. They have a requirement for a Sales Administrator to work on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an eye for detail and strong organisational skills. Key Daily Tasks: Sales order processing Returns paperwork processing Setup forms for new products Liaise with suppliers and customers when required, prioritising and working with the team to resolve any retailer or supplier issues Keeping to supplier and customer performance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Use of the ERP system – training provided General administration duties Preparing reports Skills required: Previous experience of working in a busy office environment Relevant experience in answering telephone calls in a professional manner Good IT skills Strong organisational skills Ideally the client is looking for someone who is immediately available and has good Admin and customer service skills.
