Overview
Meraki Talent are currently recruiting for a Membership Sales Executive within an extremely exciting based start-up. Starting as soon as possible, our client is looking for a go getter with membership experience to work in their stunning Edinburgh City Centre office. The key focus will include being responsible for supporting members enquiries and proactively informing them about other available products. Our client is looking for ambitious and outgoing customer support representatives who are passionate about providing a high level of customer service, are numerate, process driven, have a high attention to detail and keen to work for a company with an ambitious outlook who are making a real difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities of the Membership Sales Executive Support customers both on the phone and via email Monitor and respond to email and messenger messages Pass messages onto relevant team member, ensuring a timely response Proactively contact customers to inform them of offers and benefits Find timely solutions to system errors Provide a consultative service to ensure the best product for the customer Liaise with colleagues to ensure the best products and services are provided Act as an ambassador for the company Background of the Membership Sales Executive CRM system experience Attention to detail Fast paced whilst maintaining accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication Microsoft office including work and excel Experience of using Google Docs To be considered for this vacancy you must meet the full criteria above.
