Contracts Manager - Social Care sector | Lincolnshire | £50,000 Benefits · Have experience in negotiating, drafting and managing contracts (preferably in a healthcare setting). · Be confident in a range of communication skills to correspond with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, especially when dealing with sensitive or confidential information. An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Contracts team as a Contracts Manager for this growing Lincolnshire organisation. Key Responsibilities: · Understand, manage and maintain existing customer contracts. · Supporting, negotiating and managing contractual arrangements across the organisation with both internal and external parties to include fee increases, payment terms. · Working closely with other departments across the organisation, especially the Finance and Operational teams. · Keeping the senior management team updated about new legislation, government policy and best practice. Requirements for the Contract Manager position: · Previous experience of negotiating with local authorities and other healthcare providers · Knowledge of UK contract law · Prior knowledge of healthcare contracts · Excellent communication and negotiation skills required · Prior stakeholder management experience
