Overview
You will play a vital role in establishing and coordinating a training, advocacy and campaigning programme to raise awareness about the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) amongst Roma migrant communities in the UK and empower them to exercise their rights. This role will focus on delivering training and information activities, and facilitate a peer-advocacy programme for Roma-led NGOs and advocates to support Roma migrants to engage with the requirements of EUSS process. The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of the EU Settlement Scheme, good understanding of the legal advice sector and empathy with issues affecting Roma migrant communities in the UK. Fluency in Romanes and/or an East European language is desirable. This post is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund for 2 years 6 months. For Job Application Pack, please visit our website.
