Overview

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Collaborate closely across the Engineering Capability and Adoption team to ensure processes are consistent and are continuously improved to ensure fit for purpose. Collaborate across Refinitiv to ensure shared intent and goals aligned to meet the objectives of Refinitiv, Product Engineering and Engineering Capability and Adoption Work closely with all the Solutions Management team to find synergies in product use cases to ensure we are supporting the strategic direction for Technology and are able to provide feedback and direction to stakeholders in meeting their requirements in the right way. Lead and help the team set up clear goals, roles, responsibilities and decision-making matrix that support a fast, agile and value driven outcomes. Provide coaching and help with solving complex problems, help with unblocking of issues Lead the team in the management of pipeline of incoming requests from across product, proposition and engineering. Employ the collaboration of the Requirements group to ensure that requirements that drive demand for technology resources to meet priorities are complete and fit for purpose with relevant stakeholders. Ensure that the governance and standards delivered by the requirements and architecture teams meet the needs of solutions management deliverables. Ensure ongoing alignment with the Product Engineering Architecture team to identify new capability demands that are not on the roadmap, to ensure strategic direction is not compromised Collaborate with the Transformation, Execution and Agility teams to support the forward planning of resourcing to meet demand as part of the solutions management processes, as well as the alignment, delivery and adoption of the REM methodology Lead and ensure there is support for the forward planning of all requests in annual cycle when required Collaborate closely with the OCIO and Product Engineering Leadership to ensure we deliver great solutions management service that enables us to annual priorities in an agile and collaborative, informed manner. relies on diversity of culture and thought to deliver on our goals.
