Customer Survey Administrator Lincoln, Teal Park Road 9 months rolling contract with possible extension 10£ per hour A well-known manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Su rvey Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. The Customer Survey Administrator, which will be a p months rolling contract with extension based on performance, will have a key role in supporting the planning, execution and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys and defining the needs of the customers and company core values. You will be the part of the central items team dealing with customer satisfaction. Ensuring quality customer service through the business. You will have the opportunity to be involved with a large corporate company, will liaise with teams around the world via circuit calls. Responsibilities Support the planning, execution and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys Creating reports on status of customer satisfaction surveys Updting the Access Database with the supplied information Preparing presentations for community to engage into process Receiving survey requests and putting them into the process Sending out pre-survey letters to customers Reading survey results and upload them to Salesforce General communication with stakeholders Requirements MS Office knowledge (mostly Excel) Strong administrative skills Administartion/analyst backgorund Organised and thorough attitude Desirable but not required Salesforce or SAP (but handover and training will be provided)
