Strand Recruitment are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer & Administrator to join the team. Strand Recruitment are a specialist recruitment business focusing on Finance, HR, IT, Telecoms, Sales and Marketing. With offices in Leeds and London, we support clients ranging from SME’s to large corporate organisations. Due to an increase in work-load we are looking to appoint an individual who can work alongside the consultants providing administration and resourcing support. Full training will be provided and therefore experience is not essential, you must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport. Key responsibilities include: Learn individual job details, specific qualifications required, and the experience needed and use this information to source candidates who meet the criteria. Plan the candidate search - if sourcing a new candidate, searching through all available sources. Identifying suitable candidates relating to live vacancies including IT, Finance, HR, Marketing & Sales. Using a variety of sources including job boards, social media, LinkedIn & market knowledge. Speaking to prospective candidates, asking pre-screening questions to ascertain the candidates’ suitability, experience, qualifications, reasons for looking, motivation, character fit etc. Working with the Recruitment Consultants to draft role profiles and advertise the roles Add information to the recruitment CRM system Collate and format CV’s Conduct telephone, video and, on occasion, face to face screening interviews Maintain regular candidate contact, managing the process and expectations throughout their recruitment journey. Searching for and identifying job leads to pass to the relevant consultant and strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities. Design and send out regular campaign mailers & literature to existing clients, prospective clients and registered candidates. Maintain the mailer system, actioning and 'unsubscribe’ requests Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation. Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering enquiries, supporting the sales process, and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service. The ideal candidate will have: - Excellent communication skills; ideally experience within a customer service role Strong academic background, A-levels/degree or equivalent A flexible and pro-active approach Organisational skills Must be a team player Experience in a recruitment environment would be ideal, though not essential This is an excellent opportunity for somebody seeking experience with admin and recruitment. This is a very busy role, working to tight deadlines. Package & Benefits Your working hours can be 20 - 30 hours per week, choose your own days & hours, (as long as they are the same each week). Office opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, so your hours must fall within these times.
