Overview
Are you a fully qualified Accountant or Senior Finance professional with proven people management skills? Do you have an analytical mindset with a confident, logistical approach? Soon to be moving to the area in brand new purpose built offices We are working exclusively with a well-known Global Automotive brand who are recruiting for a business-critical position within their Finance department. As the Finance Planning Manager, you will review all process and procedures ensuring that they are fit for purpose whilst generating reports to present findings to Senior Leaders within the organisation. The Finance Planning Manager will be pivotal in supporting the wider business with their growth plans and ensuring the Finance department is thriving so will be required to hit the ground running from day one. Key Responsibilities Managing a team of 8, reviewing their performance and supporting with their development Generate, analyse and present findings of reports using SAP, internal systems and excel Management accounts Planning, pricing, campaign and incentive costing management Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and across all departments within the business, working particularly closely with Sales Profile You should be unafraid of hard work and be prepared to roll your sleeves up to deliver results and lead the team through an exciting period of change and transformation. You will be dynamic but also meticulous, solutions driven and passionate about delivery. Ideally candidates will have worked within an International business and have an understanding for different cultures. As Finance Planning Manager you need to have the confidence to influence others and the ability to evident your work to ensure solutions are implemented. Previous line management experience is essential for this role. Knowledge or experience of working within the Automotive industry is advantageous but by no means essential.
