Your new company Hays Senior Finance are partnering with a well-established and leading FMCG business based on the outskirts of, Herefordshire to recruit for a dynamic and driven Finance Manager. Reporting directly into the Finance Director in a fast-paced finance team. An exciting role where you can develop further and share your ideas within a social and friendly working environment. Your new role This role will help to ensue that strong financial controls and procedures are in place and ad-eared to across the business and that they meet all statutory responsibility. This role is also accountable for budgeting and forecasting, investment appraisal ad business partnering with key functions in the business, you will be a key member of the business taking ownership for the full P&L. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this varied and exciting permanent Finance Manager role you will need experience within a similar role, ideally CIMA/ACCA/ACA. You will need a high level of knowledge of accounting standards, policies and procedures along with an analytical and logical mind set. You will have excellent attention to detail, key communication skills to build internal/external relationships along with strong MS Excel skills. It is important you have the ability to work to deadlines and be flexible to deal with changing business demands, along with being a professional self-starter with ambition to progress. What you'll get in return This hands-on Finance Manager role is offering a permanent salary of £45,000 - 50,000 per annum dependable on candidate's experience based on the outskirts of Herefordshire.
