Overview
Due to exceptional growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join my high profile client, based in Central London. Full support and lead generation will be supplied to the successful candidate allowing for amazing earning potential as you will have to time to focus on your clients. A guarantee and additional bonus will be provided in the first several months, allowing you to build a strong client bank. The right candidate will be highly self motivated with the aspiration to eventually enter a leadership position. The Candidate: • CEMAP Qualified • Minimum of 1 years relevant experience • Self Motivated • Preferably whole of market experience • A good understanding of the mortgage market, products and services, and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in Mortgages This is a unique position for the successful candidate to get involved at a firm that offers great training, a competitive remuneration package and excellent career prospects. A salary of £30,000 will be offered with an OTE of £42,000 for year one, rising to over £50,000 for year two. On top of this, a guarantee and an additional pipeline builder will also be offered.
