Overview

The Company A large global business specialising in commercial construction are looking for a Sales Order Administrator or Estimator, to join them. Ideally you will have experience of the sales order process and enjoy working in a small, yet effective team. Please note this role is based in Westcott so access to your own transport is essential. The Role This is a busy role where you will act as the key point of contact between all parties involved in the full sales order process, from initial quote through to delivery and installation. Key duties include: Calculate and produce quotations accurately to meet client requirements and tender deadlines. Provide sales technical assistance and product education to clients, third parties and business personnel - full training on products given. Enter data into pricing systems/software to build pricing scenarios. Follow up projects and update CRM system. Work with service delivery team to establish timelines for delivery. Provide sales forecast to management. About You We are looking for either an experienced Estimator or a solid Sales Order Administrator who is technically minded and who can learn 'on the job'. Key attributes we are looking for include: Sales Administrator experience. Desirable if you have experience of producing technical quotes. Desirable if you come from an engineering/construction background - not essential though. Solutions driven with problem solving skills. Detail oriented and accurate. Reliable, self-motivated and driven. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
