Overview

The Company A large global business specialising in commercial construction are looking for an experienced Estimator/Senior Sales Administrator to join them. Ideally you will come from a construction, engineering or technical background. Please note this role is based in Westcott so access to your own transport is essential. The Role This is a busy role in which you will become the knowledge specialist for a portfolio of products. If you are technically/engineering minded, then full training on the products can be given. You will act as the key point of contact between all parties involved in the full sales order process, from initial quote through to delivery and installation. Key duties include: Calculate and produce quotations accurately to meet client requirements and tender deadlines. Negotiate and secure tenders to meet both client and company needs to achieve personal and team revenue targets. Provide sales technical assistance and product education to clients, third parties and business personnel. Attend technical meetings and site visits as required. Enter data into pricing systems/software to build pricing scenarios. Follow up projects and update CRM system. Work with service delivery team to establish timelines for delivery. Detailed product knowledge, understanding of technical specification, working drawings and expertise to understand customer requirements. Provide sales forecast to management. About You We are looking for either an experienced Estimator or a solid Sales Administrator who ideally has either a technical, engineering or construction background. Key attributes we are looking for include: Demonstrable technical quotes and specification experience. Knowledge of production processes and flow of product - desirable. Solutions driven with problem solving skills. Detail oriented and accurate. Reliable, self-motivated and driven. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout the UK and potentially Europe as the role grows. Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle. Competitive package on offer.
