Overview
The Company A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an award-winning company based in Aylesbury. Joining a dynamic and busy office, you will become a key player in the day to day activities of a target driven sales team. The Role Working within a busy sales team, your primary role is to work outbound calls and sell an award-winning product. You will identify customer needs and highlight product features and benefits which will ensure that the customer makes the best and most informed purchase. You will also manage other aspects of the customer’s needs, including managing payments and providing additional product support. Key Responsibilities Making daily outbound sales calls, working towards set targets Taking inbound sales calls, managing customer enquiries Providing Customer Product Support where required Respond to queries and complete call-backs in a timely manner Become a product expert, able to highlight the benefits and top product features in order to close sales Maintain customer records, ensuring absolute compliance with internal and external regulations Handle the full sales process, including taking and managing customer payments About You Experience in a Contact Centre based Sales Role Experience in a Sales based environment A driven and highly motivated approach to work Desire to work in a demanding and busy work environment Enjoy a fast-paced Sales environment, able to achieve targets and work to deadlines Able to adapt within ever changing environments A Fast learner and problem solver, able to keep calm under pressure A calm, clear and personable communicator Have a flair for building rapport and dealing with difficult scenarios Fantastic negotiation skills and persuasive when dealing with customers Determined to achieve in a competitive environment The Package £18,000 p/a starting salary Rewarding and competitive commission structure Full time (36 hours working week) Rotational Shift Pattern 25 days paid holiday, option to buy and sell holiday Company pension scheme Discounted gym memberships Additional company benefits package A modern, vibrant and social working environment
