Job Summary & Responsibilities Siro recruitment are looking for a Specification Manager (West London NW, W,SW). Our client is a leading adhesives provider in the construction industry who have a immediate start for a specification manager to promote the Company's full range of specialist products through architects, specifiers, contractors and fixers. Requirements for the job Educated to GCSE or equivalent level in English and Maths. Experience required: Proven sales experience, preferably gained within the construction industry and / or selling to architects / tile distribution industry. Duties and Responsibilities Meet with architects (both new and existing) to promote the range of products. Develop a working relationship with tiling contractors - including the major commercial tiling companies, providing technical backup support, product knowledge and expertise to solve problems, provide presentations on all products. Communicate with distributors to provide up-to-date information on new / potential contracts and provide sales support. Maintain and develop existing and-user and influencer relationships. Sell in to customers and influence end-users, new product lines. Identify opportunities for new business prospects and market share gains. Manage inflow of sales leads from ABI, Building Design Centre, TAS, Marketing and PR enquiries.
