Overview
A leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking a Service Management Analyst to join their team. If you can demonstrate experience of working as part of the wider assurance team focusing on delivering and maturing change, problem, major incident management as well as service transition then you could be the person we are looking for. What will you be doing? Driving performance & efficiencies of key service delivery processes to our internal, external stakeholders and customers. Adding value through the robust delivery of checks, audits and validation to ensure 100% accuracy with systems. Ensuring improvements to systems processes are highlighted & developed in line with the changing business requirements and system developments. What skills/experience should you have? ITIL v3 / v4 foundation ITIL v3 / v4 Practitioner Worked within an Audit Controlled Environment Process Design experience Knowledge of technology lifecycle Who will you be working for?
