HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARNER/ HRBP We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our Clients business goals. Must have experience from legal or professional services. Based in this collaborative & supportive environment, you will be providing efficient, effective and professional HR practices & employee management. As the HRBP you will be consulting on all HR Management & organisational changes and assisting in the delivery of these processes. You will be a proactive member of the team providing excellent consultations where needed. This company prides themselves on providing a great working environment for their teams, you don't want to miss out on this opportunity HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARNER/ HRBP Some of these duties will include; Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide HR policy guidance Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify training needs for teams and individuals Evaluate training programs Suggest new HR strategies HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARNER/ HRBP The successful applicant will have the following skills/experience; Proven work experience as an HR business partner with experience from legal or professional services. Excellent people management skills Analytical and goal oriented Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Thorough knowledge of labour legislation Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
