Overview

User Access Administrator / Service Desk Analyst required to work within a service desk environment administering User Access to core infrastructure services including Active Directory accounts, MS Exchange accounts and applicable access to various applications and systems hosted in the datacentre. As the User Access Administrator will be responsible for processing starter/leaver permission requests, assigning appropriate user access permissions and recording all documentation required by security and compliance standards within the financial services industry. Using Active Directory/Group Policy within Windows Server you will create user profiles and enable access to various services and enterprise software applications and finally create MS Exchange accounts overseeing the same work of team and resolving issues as they occur. As the team manager you will be responsible for liaising with other technical managers for escalation of issues reporting to middle and senior management and finally be responsible for the re-certification process. We are searching for a User Access Analyst / User Access Administrator / Profile Administrator / Service Desk Analyst who has gained previous experience in the service desk or IT helpdesk environment and has gained experience of User Access Management with Active Directory / Group Policy and ideally MS Exchange. Additional experience in compliance and security management in relation to user profiles and user access would also be beneficial. Knowledge of ITIL, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) or other regulatory/compliance and also governance issues would be highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills are prerequisite. Location is easily commutable from Brighton, East Sussex or Croydon, Surrey. Also from South West London (45 minutes from Victoria or Clapham Junction).
